Week 3

Leaping Lizard Updates:
- Next week we will begin our unit on Family. In order to facilitate a connection with your child’s family and the classroom curriculum I will be sending home a blank “home” template for you and your child to cover with drawings, photographs, or magazine clippings that best describe your family (ex. who lives in your home, activities you do with your family, food your family eats). Your child will share their project with the class. Please return the project to school by Tuesday, October 11th so that your child can have the opportunity to share their project with their peers. If you have any questions or need help with the project please email me at Ltigges@bpsk12.org. Thank you! 
- There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, October 10th for the Columbus Day long weekend.

Week one, here we come!

It was so nice to see new and familiar faces today at our Open House. I am very excited to start our new school year on Monday at 8:30 am for my full day friends and at 12:30 pm for my afternoon friends!
